A Fort Myers Beach food pantry that has served as a lifeline for neighbors since Hurricane Ian will close its doors on September 10 due to funding shortfalls.

Fort Myers Beach food pantry closing after nearly 3 years of hurricane recovery support
FMB Strong has helped hundreds of neighbors with food, housing and connections to services like SNAP and disability benefits for nearly three years. Since Hurricane Ian, the group has run under the motto “survivors helping survivors.”
