CAPE CORAL, Florida — The Cape Coral Police Department has introduced a new member to its K9 Unit, an 18-month-old bloodhound named Roo, whose mission is to locate missing and endangered individuals. Roo, who arrived two months ago from Kentucky, has been training with K9 Officer Drew Deberardinis to adapt to Cape Coral’s environment.
