Florida Man Accused Of Bug Spray Attack Outside Publix After Checkout Line Dispute

A Florida man is facing charges for allegedly attacking a couple with bug spray outside a Publix supermarket after a checkout line dispute, authorities said.

The Charlotte County Sheriffs Office said deputies responded at around 2 p.m. Sunday to the Publix grocery store on Cochran Boulevard in Port Charlotte for a report of a physical altercation. The victims, a married couple, told deputies the incident began in the checkout line inside the store.
