Curran Young Construction has broken ground on a series of new projects across Southwest Florida valued at nearly $28 million. The slate of work spans Sarasota, Bonita Springs, Naples, and Cape Coral, delivering a mix of luxury clubhouses, wellness facilities, and commercial space for both residential and community use.
In Sarasota, the firm is building a 32,220-square-foot clubhouse for the Wild Blue community. The program includes a fitness center, two pools, and a nine-hole putting course. Designed as a central gathering hub, the new facility will offer residents a mix of leisure and wellness amenities that reinforce the community’s lifestyle appeal.
At Bonita Beach Road in Bonita Springs, Curran Young Construction has commenced a 13,446-square-foot beachfront clubhouse for The Commons Club. Rising three stories, the concrete structure will provide members with two outdoor grilling areas and a second floor featuring a bar and restrooms. Positioned to maximize coastal views, the project will bring casual luxury and social gathering space to one of the area’s most desirable waterfront settings.
In Naples, work is underway at Windstar at Naples Bay Country Club, where the existing cart barn is being transformed into a two-story, 16,267-square-foot fitness and golf operations center. The ground level will accommodate a modernized cart barn and golf operations facilities, while the second floor will introduce a fitness studio and group exercise area for members.
