A Florida man is under arrest after police say he threw three young children over a fence to evade arrest.
Larry Rada Jr. was apprehended following a crash with three children in his vehicle in Fort Myers, Fla., on Saturday, Sept. 13, according to a booking report filed by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office and reviewed by PEOPLE.
