One of two suspects in a Fort Myers bank robbery changed his plea last month while the case continues for his accused accomplice, who claims she was threatened.
Court records show that on Sept. 22, Joseph Driggers, 44, of Fort Myers, pleaded no contest to two counts of possessing a controlled substance; one count of robbery; one count of resisting without violence; and one count of written threat to conduct a mass shooting or an act of terrorism.
