PUNTA GORDA — While the investigations into a fatal officer-involved shooting are not yet complete, Charlotte County Sheriff Bill Prummell released details Wednesday about what happened, including video taken from the deputy’s body camera.
Prummell identified Deputy First Class Timothy Poole as the officer who shot Daniel Scott Burch, 50, on Sept. 23 on Saxony Circle in the Deep Creek subdivision near Port Charlotte.
Burch would later die of his wounds…
