PORT CHARLOTTE — Charlotte County deputies arrested a Port Charlotte woman, accusing her of stealing more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from a Publix store.
Lisandra Suarez Gallardo, 38, was charged with felony retail theft, according to court records.
