PUNTA GORDA — A violent fugitive who has been on the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office’s “most wanted” list for more than three years was tracked down and arrested in Oregon, officials reported Monday.
Steven Charles Whitney, 43, has three active felony warrants in Charlotte County, the CCSO reported in a statement to media.
