NAPLES, Fla. – An unlicensed contractor is behind bars after investigators say he defrauded multiple Naples condominium owners out of tens of thousands of dollars for hurricane impact windows that were never installed.
Michael Allen Rodriguez, 29, owner of MCR Construction Pro, is being held in the Charlotte County Jail on local charges while awaiting extradition to Collier County, where he faces several felony fraud charges.
