A Bonita Springs man who authorities arrested last year, accused of soliciting sex from a 14-year-old boy in Riverside Park, changed his plea last month and learned his fate in October.
Jorge Armando Lucero, 60, on Sept. 4 pleaded no contest to lewd and lascivious conduct. The state amended the charge to mismdemeanor battery and Lee Circuit Judge Nicholas Thompson sentenced him to 12 months of probation.
