Tom Houghton shared some good and bad news recently.
First, the bad — his La Ola Surfside in Bell Tower in Fort Myers has closed.
He opened that off-island location at 13499 S. Cleveland Ave. in June 2023, just nine months after Hurricane Ian washed the Fort Myers Beach La Ola in Times Square (more on that in a minute) away…
