Florida Woman Pulls Gun on Family After Almost Hitting Them With Her Porsche: ‘She Rich Though, Good Luck’

LEE COUNTY, FL — A 23-year-old Florida woman is facing felony assault charges after allegedly pulling a gun on a family she nearly hit with her Porsche in a shocking case of road rage fueled by a language barrier and arrogance behind the wheel.

The woman, identified as Esmeralda Cruz, was caught on surveillance and cellphone footage speeding through a residential area in Lee County on October 26, nearly hitting a man walking his dog before threatening his family with a firearm.

Porsche Driver Narrowly Misses Family, Then Pulls a Gun

According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, Cruz had been revving her luxury car along 19th Street Southwest near Ruth Avenue when she swerved dangerously close to a man walking his dog. The man’s family confronted her, but communication broke down when Cruz realized they didn’t speak English.
