The Twentieth Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission has released the interview schedule for two judicial vacancies. One vacancy is in the County Court and one is in the Circuit Court. These positions are open due to the retirement of Judge Burns and the resignation of Judge Evans.
The Twentieth Judicial Circuit includes Fort Myers, Florida. Interviews will take place on Friday, November 14, 2025. They will begin at 9 a.m. at the Lee County Justice Center Annex Grand Jury Suite.
