On an unusually chilly Florida morning, community leaders, partners, and residents gathered in downtown Fort Myers to officially celebrate the ribbon-cutting of Central Pointe Apartments, a newly renovated, income-based housing community located at 2475 Central Ave. Applications are now being accepted for eligible households.
The event was led by Marcus D. Goodson, Executive Director of the Lee County Housing Authority, who welcomed attendees and performed the official ribbon-cutting.
