Two people are dead in what authorities have ruled was a murder-suicide in Lehigh Acres, making it the second such incident in the municipality this month.
About 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office confirmed authorities were working a scene at the 600 block of Hamilton Avenue, in Lehigh Acres.
