BOCA GRANDE — Before Lee County adopted a resolution Tuesday on Gasparilla Island parking, its Parks and Recreation Department already had a new process designed for vehicle decals and road placards.
The Lee County Commission approved a plan for parking on Gasparilla Island that sets requirements for permit parking on Gilchrist Avenue, ensuring consistent application of the Boca Grande Parking Ordinance.
It was all done without any discussion with Charlotte County…
