FORT MYERS, Fla. — Fort Myers police are asking for the public’s help as they continue investigating a deadly crash that happened early Saturday morning along Colonial Boulevard near State Road 82.
The crash occurred around 1:30 a.m. and involved three vehicles. One person was pronounced dead at the scene, and another was taken to the hospital with injuries. Authorities have not yet released the identities of those involved.
Investigators say they are actively searching for a woman they believe witnessed the crash. Police say her account could be critical in determining what led up to the collision and in providing answers to the victim’s family…
