Fort Myers, FL – A Fort Myers man was arrested Wednesday following a road rage incident that escalated into a physical assault along Alico Road, sending another driver to the hospital with injuries, according to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.
According to detectives, the confrontation began when the victim exited his semi-truck at a traffic light on Alico Road after the suspect allegedly made offensive hand gestures.
