Town council members voted to permit outdoor alcohol consumption at a new development’s hotel and restaurant. The decision passed without opposition on Dec. 15, 2025.
Beverley Milligan and Roland Weinmann own Cottages at Myerside LLC. They plan to construct 45 lodging units, four live-work spaces, and 9,000 square feet of commercial space at Estero Boulevard and School Street. Offices and retail shops could occupy the commercial area.
