A Florida man is thanking his roommates after they woke him up during a New Year’s Eve house fire that was so severe it nearly spread to the home next door.
Firefighters in Fort Myers, Fla., were first dispatched to a home on Cranford Avenue near St. Charles Street at 10:15 a.m. local time on Wednesday, Dec. 31, according to Gulf Coast News.
