FORT MYERS, Fla. — Things are off to a damp start along the Gulf Coast thanks to some overnight rain. Totals vary across the region, and the coastline saw the highest rainfall totals, with less accumulation inland.
Rain is lingering in the area this morning, but we should dry out for the most part later today. A stray shower inland cannot be ruled out this afternoon, but the majority of locations will have a warm and dry end to the day.
The rest of the week will also be warm and dry with highs in the 80s.
