ENGLEWOOD — Community leaders are touting some good news out of a community that was struck hard by hurricanes and economic roughness in recent years.
People are returning, and wanting to spend some time and money in the Gulf coast village that straddles Charlotte and Sarasota counties.
A news release from the Englewood Florida Chamber of Commerce notes that 2025 was not an easy year for the community, dealing with hurricane damage and “economic uncertainty,” but “the forecast for Englewood is bright,” it states…
