PORT CHARLOTTE — A Port Charlotte man remained in the Charlotte County Jail on Thursday, charged with shooting and killing his landlord and housemate.
Jordan Patrick Ruddy, 38, faces a second-degree murder charge, according to Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office.
