CAPE CORAL, Florida — Nicholas A. Tollner, a 44-year-old from North Fort Myers, Florida, has been arrested following an investigation into multiple theft incidents at a local Home Depot, according to the Cape Coral Police Department. The thefts occurred between May 8 and May 29, 2025.
