CAPE CORAL, Fla. (CBS12) — A father is behind bars after his 5-year-old son was found with a loaded firearm in their backpack at a Florida elementary school.
Officers with the Cape Coral Police Department say they found the loaded 9 mm handgun in the child’s backpack at Trafalgar Elementary School in Cape Coral on Thursday.
