FORT MYERS, Fla. — We have one more warm day ahead of us before temperatures fall this week. A cold front is set to move through the Gulf Coast later today, and it’ll usher in the drop in temperatures, increase wind speeds and even bring a chance of rain to the region. This afternoon, highs will reach the upper 70s and low 80s, but it’ll be cloudier today in anticipation of the front.
Rain coverage is only 10% this afternoon and evening as the front moves through. We have a better chance for rain on Wednesday into Thursday, when coverage increases to 30% and 40%.
Temperatures this week will peak in the 70s until Friday, when cooler air will keep high temperatures in the 60s…
