abcock Ranch closed out 2025 with exponential growth — tallying between 13,000 to 15,000 residents and 5,300 homes. At the mid-year mark, the town ranked in the top 10 master-planned communities in the U.S., demonstrating the strong demand for housing in the groundbreaking, environmentally sustainable community.

Retail expansion brought new opportunities for residents this past summer and fall with the opening of The Shoppes at Yellow Pine, which included Sunshine Ace Hardware, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Five Below and Ulta Beauty. New eateries such as Five Guys, Papa Johns, Jersey Mike’s, Yummy Express, Panera Bread and Carvel served up expanded food options, and Oar & Iron Raw Bar & Grill is expected to open in the next few months, providing fine dining. Health services and beauty providers also transformed the area as Babcock Ranch continued to evolve as a regional destination. A Tesla Supercharger site features 12 stalls, providing charging stations for electric vehicles and serving residents and visitors alike.
