Seven Islands Ordinance 60-25 (2)The final public hearing for the Seven Islands development will come before Cape Coral City Council Wednesday.
Ordinance 60-25 would establish the development agreement between the city and Gulf Gateway Resort & Marina, LLC. Council first authorized development of the property in 2022, selling the 48-acres site it had acquired at a multi-parcel foreclose for $20 million.
