Lawyer wants Kayla Rincon-Miller murder trial evidence removed

One of two teens accused in the shooting death of 15-year-old Kayla Rincon-Miller in Cape Coral seeks to exclude a recorded conversation and graphic material at trial.

Thomas Stein, now 18, of North Fort Myers, faces one count of first-degree murder and three count of attempted armed robbery in the March 17, 2024, incident. His trial could come as soon as February.
