CHARLOTTE HARBOR — Charlotte County officials say building permits for Whiskey Joe’s restaurant in Charlotte Harbor are on hold.
Last year, John Tallichet, CEO of Specialty Restaurants, announced Whiskey Joe’s was coming to a 2.8-acre site, 5000 Tamiami Trail, across from Sunseeker Resort in Charlotte Harbor.
The developer filed permits and land was cleared. However, nothing else happened in the past 10 months…
