PUNTA GORDA — While Sandy Moon doesn’t consider herself an artist, she said she has always had a great appreciation for them.
“I was exposed to art at 8 years old through my neighbor who was an art teacher and artist. Some of his work still hangs in my home today.”
As the new executive director of the Visual Arts Center in Punta Gorda, she does have the skills to help it thrive as well as expand its options and community connections…
