PUNTA GORDA — Punta Gorda Utilities Director Tom Spencer unveiled a long-term planning agreement this week between the city and Charlotte County Utilities for water usage.
This comes after state Rep. Vanessa Oliver created a bill for Charlotte County to take over utilities from Punta Gorda utilities.
