A seemingly endless back-and-forth water dispute that involves Punta Gorda’s ability to supply water to some businesses just won’t go away.
In case you’ve not followed the problem, it arose when Punta Gorda and Charlotte County officials learned state Rep. Vanessa Oliver drafted a bill for Charlotte County Utilities to take over much of Punta Gorda’s water supply.
It supposedly was a shock to City Council members and some Charlotte County Commission members…
