PUNTA GORDA — Two people were convicted this month on separate drug-related cases — one involving a death caused by a fentanyl overdose, law enforcement officials reported.
Scott Kyle Wright, 40 was convicted Feb. 4 on charges for his involvement in a drug overdose where fentanyl was given to Anthony David Adkins, who died, according to court records.
