PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. (WWSB) – A local man suspected of shooting and killing his landlord has been found incompetent to stand trial.
Jordan Patrick Ruddy was evaluated by a court-appointed doctor, and a judge ruled the case could not move forward at this time. Instead, Ruddy was sent to a state hospital for treatment.
