PORT CHARLOTTE — Neighbors are hoping changes come quickly to Harborview Road after a head-on collision killed two, including a 12-year-old girl Saturday.
Charlotte County Public Schools officials said a Crisis Response Team was on the campus of a district school where the child attended classes.
