PUNTA GORDA — It took two attorneys and about an hour of debate Wednesday before all five City Council members approved a loan subordination to allows Peace River Wildlife Center toward a groundbreaking.
Punta Gorda interim City Attorney Steven Leskovich and Peace River attorney Ed Wotitzy explained to council members the approval — more of a formality — did not open them up for liability for the loan or the property’s future.
