NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. — A North Fort Myers man pleaded guilty to illegally possessing dozens of firearms and ammunition as a convicted felon, a federal offense that carries up to 15 years in prison.
The U.S. attorney’s office said Frederick Charles Kutchinsky, 54, admitted to possessing multiple guns and ammunition despite being barred from having them because of a prior felony conviction.
