A month after he changed his plea, a former Lee Health employee learned his fate after officials found he stole heart monitors and sold them online.
Ricardo Rodrigues, 57, of Lehigh Acres, on Feb. 19 pleaded no contest to second-degree grand theft. As part of the plea deal, Assistant State Attorney the same day dropped one count of dealing in stolen property.
