68-acre development lands TJ Maxx, Ulta
The developers behind Midtown at Bonita in Lee County have signed two national tenants — TJ Maxx and Ulta Beauty — for the retail portion of the project currently under construction. With the additions, the commercial piece of the 68-acre project is nearing 100,000 square feet of leased space. The pair will join a roster that already includes Jeff’s Bagel Run, Gelato & Co., LowBrow Pizza, Mathnasium and a dental office operated by Pacific Dental Services. The Zuckerman Group is the developer behind Midtown at Bonita on Bonita Beach Road, just off Interstate 75.
