LEE COUNTY, Fla. — A Naples man was convicted of theft and misapplication of construction funds on Friday following a three-day trial in Lee County.
According to a release from the office of Amira Fox, State Attorney, Scott Louis Kish, 46, was conducting business as “KTS Homes LLC” in Lee County. The victim hired Kish to do remodeling on a newly purchased home in Bonita Springs.
Between November 2018 and April 2020, the victim paid Kish a total of $1,346,000 for the project, the release said…
