LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. (WFLA) — A 79-year-old missing man with dementia was found less than 10 minutes after his family reported on Sunday that he wandered away from his home in Lehigh Acres, according to authorities.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office said its deputies responded to Hightower Avenue around 6:15 a.m. for a missing man “diagnosed with multiple health-related issues.” LCSO classified him as missing and endangered.
