Cape Coral City Council is expected to vote on a contract for the Cape Coral Parkway East six-lane improvement project Wednesday.
Resolution 79-26 is part of the city’s consent agenda, meaning there will be no council discussion unless a member of the elected board “pulls” the item for deliberation.
