CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office released the identity of an armed suspect who was killed by a deputy on April 1.
According to the sheriff’s office, Keith Dwayne Blevins, 52, died after the agency responded to a report about someone armed at a home along Barker Avenue.
