Construction Begins on MOB, Surgery Center on Campus of Golisano Children’s Hospital in Florida

Construction has started on a new 60,000-square-foot, two-story medical office building and ambulatory surgery center for Lee Health in Fort Myers, Florida. Construction is expected to be completed in 2027. The project team includes Stevens Construction, Kahler Slater and Johnson Engineering.

Located on the campus of Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida and HealthPark Medical Center, the project expands access to pediatric-focused care within one of the region’s primary health care hubs.
