Hundreds Of Illicit Files Lead To Arrest Of Lee County Florida Man

LEE COUNTY, Fla. – A 42-year-old Cape Coral man is behind bars after a state investigation into online file-sharing networks led authorities to his front door. Robert Carrion was taken into custody on April 8 and now faces 25 counts of possession of child sexual abuse material, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

The investigation kicked off in early March when FDLE agents began monitoring a peer-to-peer network used for sharing digital files.
