TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A Pinellas County businessman found liable in the disappearance of more than a hundred million dollars meant for the disabled remains behind bars.
Leo Govoni’s attorneys say they’re overwhelmed with the amount of evidence in the case, and they need more time. In court, it was stated that Govoni was being transferred out of the Hernando County jail and he will be taken to Charlotte County.
