PUNTA GORDA — The 22nd Hibiscus Festival, celebrating “The City of Hibiscus,” takes place May 1-3 at Gilchrist Park.
Organized by the Hibiscus Committee for the benefit of The Charlotte County Historical Society, the 21st annual Hibiscus Festival runs all weekend in Gilchrist Park, 400 W. Retta Esplanade.
