PORT CHARLOTTE — Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a Port Charlotte High School teacher at school Wednesday on charges stemming from sexual activity with one of her students on campus.
Heather M. Mashburn-Smith, 37, was charged with unlawful activity with certain minors, according to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office, and was booked into the Charlotte County Jail.
